HALO 2 TRAILER : Halo 2: A Trailer in HidingWe can't show you the sick trailer, but we can sure talk about it. August 08, 2002 - Though Microsoft isn't ready to drop the fat Halo 2 trailer on the general public, we have witnessed said masterful trailer. Is it sick torture for us to talk about the trailer we've seen that you so desperately want? Probably. Will we sleep better at night knowing you're now in dire need of this trailer? Definitely. As the trailer begins, you see Master Chief walking through a giant ship in all his self-shadowing glory. The trailer is in-game footage, meaning that those shadows Master Chief projects on himself are going to be seen in every frame of gameplay. If you thought the textures in Halo couldn't be outdone, you were wrong. The strongest improvement is the lighting, which seems more dynamic and dramatic. HALO 2 TRAILER : Master Chief's visor appears to have real-time reflections and every detail of his armor seems more realistic. Rather than looking clean like many CG effects in movies, Master Chief looks like he's seen some action, as we know he has. As the trailer progresses, Master Chief is preparing to leave the ship, obviously determined to kick someone's posterior. Sure, we knew Master Chief was going to kick some butt in Halo 2, but the surprise was in finding out just where this butt-kicking would take place. Staring out the ship's massive window, Master Chief watches the Earth being ravaged. As Earth and its moon come into view, massive nuclear-scale explosions can be seen erupting on the planet's surface. It's clear Earth is under siege. Master Chief heads to the flight deck, but there are no ships in sight for him to enter. Instead he braces himself behind a wall and opens the docking bay. After a moment's pause he jumps out of the ship and freefalls. He quickly descends onto a Covenant ship, one of several hovering over the planet. HALO 2 TRAILER : i was searching and searching and i finnally found it it is so cool master cheif has a new voice and the vehicles are awesome the gunner seat of the warthog shoots rockets!!!! the game looks awesome and for those who have to wait you will see that there are alot more new stuff to see includin wildlife. there are new guns and they are so awesome theres a new sniper.and the voice of master cheif sounds like a robot but i dont know why.where did u find the traylor if u wanna tell me just post it here i and i will check everey hour 4 ur postno that isnt the halo 2 trailer,beleive it or not its the e3_2000 trailer,the one where he snipes 2 covenent at the start and there are dinosaurs,lol,thats an older version of the game before the xbox came out !lol HALO 2 TRAILER : MECH ASSAULT Trailer shows us what a real Games Trailer should look like - scenes throughout the game. HALO 2 trailer lacks aspects of the complete game, so you can't get a feel for the gameplay like you can with the MECH trailer. Too bad, because HALO is the BEST there is(now) but the next generation of games is going to kick up the level that much more that game companies better do their homework, or they'll be out in the cold and have a warehouse of old games that never made it into the gameplayers hands. Like all big corps. BUNGIE is rushing to get to the X-mas market and they'll release a game before it's time. Just like the Trailer. I just don't understand why they don't read more mail and pay attention to what their gameplayers are telling them. STUPID, I guess. Thanks HALO 2 TRAILER : I agree about not paying attention. They were showing you the game engine. If you thought you were going to get a big show from a trailer when the game doesnt release till late next year then you are an idiot. The halo trailer was just to show you what they did so far. Hmmm halo was release last year in november I believe. Hmm has Bungie ever release a sequel ever the next year. Yea probably the real old games like marathon.The trailer looks great. It really is a teaser. The game is a year away. Hello you can't expect a real gameplay. If the gameplay is the same as the original and looks as good as the trailer you will have another game of the year title!
