When they re-released it inQuicktime 3, the file was the same size, yet had a much wider scope andbetter quality. In addition, the new trailer, which is a bit longer, is also 24 megs. So Lucasfilm seems to have set a limit of 24 megs ontheir trailers, but with Quicktime 3, you get better pictures becausecompression allows more data in a 24 meg file. Of course the greatercompression comes at the expense of more processing requirements, whichis causing all the problems described by others. Unteranderem findet man da im Protokoll dann die URLs, da da dannübermittelt werden.Quicktime-Streams für den Player 6 werden, wie ich schon bemerkt habe,jedoch von einem rtsp-Server gestreamt. Für Player 5 kommen die nochvon einem http-Server, wo man dann auf die URL dann ein x-beliebigesDownload-Proggi ansetzen darf.Ein Download-Proggi für MacOS, dem jenes "rtsp" verständlich wäre,gibt es bislang (noch) nicht. Bekannt ist da mir lediglich"Streambox VCR", den man unter VPC installieren dürfte.Nimm dir ein Programm, dass Streams speichern kann. *IMHO* kannst du den ganzen Stream mit "wget --continue $DEINE_URL_DES_STREAM" speichern. QUICKTIME TRAILER : Ich hab auf meinem Rechner Quicktime 5.0.2 installiert, hauptsächlich um mirdie aktuellen Kino-Trailer anzuschauen.Da diese ja inzwischen allesamt Streams sind, steh ich nun vor dem Problem,diese Files trotzdem irgendwie abzuspeichern.Wie kann ich das machen? Werden sie irgendwo lokal zwischengespeichert??Oder gibt es ein Tool, ähnlich dem ASF-Recorder, der ein abspeichernermöglicht? Vielleicht kann man es auch mit Quicktime Pro? Wer weiß dabescheid?Film laden lassen, *nicht ansehen*, auf Finder wechseln und nach einerDatei, Erstellungsdatum "heute" und größer als xyz MB, suchen. Dieseggf. aus Sherlok heraus (wegen Unsichtbarkeit) auf Desktop ziehen,umbenennen, fertig.Wenn Du im Browser (bei mir iCab) den Trailer aufgerufen hast, kannst Duihn, während er läd, durchaus ansehen.
