He has notseen these particular hitches before, yet he feels confident to recommendthem for a car he has never driven. He also throws in information, which he has gleaned from a hitch dealerwebsite. This information correctly indicates that the one hitch has anexposed crossbar. Since no mention is made on the other 2 hitches, heincorrectly assumes that the Reese and Drawtite hitches have hiddencrossbars. He is unaware of the details of the rear end construction of aSaturn which results in all 3 hitches having to have an exposed crossbar.
